Which shipping carrier do you use?
We partner with USPS to deliver your orders.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet entered processing, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

We offer a 30-Day Return Policy.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued within 7 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If we shipped the wrong item or your order arrived damaged or defective, we'll cover the return shipping costs.
For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
